Robinson Motor Sports has the highest level of racecar preparation in the racing business. Our laps completed vs. laps available is 98% for the 2008 season. Very seldom does one of the RMS prepared cars not finish a session due to a mechanical part failure.
We specialize in the 3 types of cars that SCCA Enterprises offers for sale, the SCCA Spec Racer, Formula Enterprises and the SCCA Sports Racer.
Robinson Motor Sports has been the S.E. Division Enterprises authorized dealer for these cars since May of 1993. We have been rated the number one CSR for the entire U.S. in performance results based on car sales, parts sales, customer satisfaction and racetrack support. No one does it better than Robinson Motor Sports!
RMS has won hundreds of races and multiple championships including the 2008 Formula Enterprises National Championship with Mark Eaton driving the car. RMS cars and drivers have won the S.E. Division FE championship for the past 2 years along with the SRF regional championship in 2006 and 2006. The drivers of the RMS cars won the Most Improved Driver and the Rookie of the Year in the SCCA Pro series.
The entire RMS crew works on all of the cars so each technician knows the cars front to back.
Mark and Hector specialize in the gearbox sections of the cars with minimal failures at the races.
Our thorough preparation takes almost 2 days for the Spec Racer and 3 days for the FE cars. Our multiple page prep sheets are used for each car as they are maintained prior to each event. We have a complete history of every part that is used on the car and with this valuable information, we know when a part is near the end of it's life span. Nothing is left to chance on the racecars that we prepare.
Robinson Motor Sports not only provides the prep for our 22 in-house customer cars, we also provide services for owners that want their cars run through the RMS prep service to make sure they are up to date and safe.
RMS provides trackside support for owners that need help while at the races. The customer car is kept under the RMS canopy with the RMS technicians provide the in between services to keep the car running at it's best. This service allows the driver time to relax and concentrate on his driving.
